Please read and agree to our terms and conditions below. The following registration process is quick and easy.

These 'Terms and Conditions' are addressed to you whether reading them for yourself or on behalf of another person. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contents are drawn to the attention of any person on whose behalf you might be reading them. It is also your responsibility to draw them to the attention of anyone who may gain access, through you, to the subscription part of the site without first reading them.

Data

Fundrider makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data provided by this web site. However, Fundrider does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies that might appear. Errors in the data usually show as a spike line in the graph. Please email us if you find one.

You understand that continual changes within the industry, for instance, mergers (where clients are not allowed to switch between the funds of the previous constituent companies involved in a merger), companies changing from Unit Trusts to Open Ended Investment Companies (OEIC'S), offering new funds and/or fund company links and the tendency to re-base fund prices back to 1.00, often means that either there is insufficient data to include some funds on the system or that a fund has to be taken off the system for a time.

Discontinued funds will show as a straight horizontal line. You will be able to check the funds being used by the system from the pull down menu within the graphical part of the site. Seek advice if you are unsure.

- Indication NOT Recommendation
Fundrider uses a mathematical calculation to assess the markets but it is your decision as to where you might invest all or part of your money. If you are unsure what to do, see your Financial Advisor. Please remember that past performance is not an indication of future performance.

- Exchange Rate Fluctuations
You understand that where a fund is invested overseas, the value of the fund may rise and fall as a result of the exchange rate fluctuations as well as changes in equity values.

- Regulatory Warning
You understand that Unit price can go down as well as up.

- Taxes
Fundrider does not accept responsibility for any taxes falling due. Seek advice re any taxes that may be charged as if you should apply the Fundrider system to a Unit Trust or OEIC, each 'switch' would technically be a disposal and re-purchase and would throw up charges and tax implications. Check with your advisor if you are unsure.
